Sarazaar high shine pigments are designed to be used wet or dry to add either a sparkle or foil finish to your look. Utopia is a stunning high magenta shade! 

Directions: Use wet or dry depending on what look you want to go for! Dry will give you a sparkle effect whilst wet will give you a foil effect
